• NortonPark

37 Norton Park is a self contained chalet on the outskirts of Dartmouth, in the glorious South Hams, an area of South Devon.

It has two bedrooms and sleeps 4, a comfortable lounge and a well equipped kitchen. The Chalet has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and has been featured on BBC's Homes under the Hammer.

We want your stay to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, so if you have any special requests please just ask.

Norton Park is situated on the outskirts of Dartmouth. Conveniently placed for the local beaches and coutryside. The park also boasts a good restaurant and bar.
There is an entertainment centre that hosts various events especially during the summer months.

Dartmouth is only a five minute drive away and has ample shops and supermarkets. It is the home of the Britannia Royal Naval College and still has strong maritime links. A famous yachting centre, the river is bustling with both leisure and commercial vessels.

The friendly town has winding streets lined with small shops selling everything from canvas deck-buckets to fabulous seafood and fine art. Take a car or bus ride down into town, walk along the embankment of the River Dart, pass people of all ages catching crabs, see small water taxis ferrying people backwards and forwards along the river and larger river cruisers – add the unmistakable sound of the steam train puffing away on the Kingswear side of the River Dart and you have the complete picture.

Within a short drive of Norton Park there are award winning Blue Flag beaches, beautiful Devon villages, breathtakingly beautiful coastal path walks, historic houses and gardens and riverside walks. The water is a constant attraction and every type of watery experience can be had.
